Today, the main A Trail was groomed for skate skiing and is in very good condition, with some isolated bare spots. All other trails, including snowshoe trails, are ideal for the enthusiast.
Trail Update - December 18, 2016
The groomers were out on the trails yesterday. There's not enough snow for classic track setting yet, but conditions for skate skiing are quite good. Take advantage of some early season snow and get out on the trails!

Although the season came to a quick end and even if it wasn't the best snow season, we made the most of it and we are proud to say we were open more days than many other ski and snowshoe trails in the region. If you haven't already done so please consider becoming a member of or renewing your membership to the Friends of the Summerstown Trails, click JOIN US . For those who have already donated and become members, we thank you very much! Although we have been successful at receiving grants, those grants are for specific purchases (new equipment, interpretive signage, etc) and do not cover the majority of our expenses. It is through donations that we are able to keep the trails maintained and offer various programs such as school and rental programs. Hope to see your name on our membership list and thank you for your support!
