Trail Conditions Update - January 22, 2017

As the weather continues to warm up, please refrain from walking on the trails without snowshoes as the snow is getting very soft and boots are sinking deep in the slushy snow.

As always, walking and snowshoeing is not permitted on any ski trails including the main roads.

Skate skiing is not recommended due to the soft snow and the resulting creation of deep ruts.

Ski trail B6 is closed and B1 should be avoided.

There is minimal to no snow coverage past the "T" intersection.

Snow is coming - hopefully conditions will change soon!

Trail Condition Update - January 18, 2017

The trails received close to 5cm of snow overnight. There is not enough snow to groom or track set the trails, but it did help to freshen things up.

The snowshoe trails are in good shape. Trails 11-15 have good snow coverage. The trails past the "T" junction only have a bit of snow them (Trails 20+).

Skate skiing is fair to good with a few icy sections on the main road to the "T". It's very icy after that.

The classic ski trails, although not track set, are fair on the main road (A Trails). The B Trails should be avoided at this time.

Trail Notice - January 13, 2017

Most trails are open. The good news is we kept our base!

Snowshoe conditions are good. Trails are hard packed/granular with some icy spots on hills.

Ski conditions are overall poor.

Classic ski trails are poor. There are lots of icy sections and minimal to no track.
- A1 - poor/icy conditions to T intersection where it is extremely icy extending in both directions.
- B6 is closed. Extensive ice covered flooded areas. Some dangerous areas.
- B1 is poor and extremely dangerous at base of hill near intersection with SS 12 due to large ruts, open water and ice.

Skate Ski conditions are fair to poor.
- A1 to T is in fair condition with some icy spots.
- T intersection and beyond is in poor condition and very icy.

If you're heading out, be careful and have fun.
