FOR KIDS aged 4 to 12

The overall objective of the program is to assist children in the development of a love of the outdoors, a healthy lifestyle, technical skills and a good level of physical fitness within a sport environment.

• Cost $67

• Ski Package Rental available for $60 (entire season). There is limited availability.

• Children may be grouped according to ability and not age.

• The sessions will be led by Ronena Wolach, a NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) instructor, registered with Nordiq Canada.

• Registration cost includes membership in Nordiq Canada and Cross Country Ski Ontario (National Capital District) which provides insurance for the participants.

• Follows the guidelines of Nordiq Canada Skill Development Program.

Bunny Rabbits (ages 4-5)

• Session length approximately 40min

LEARN TO CROSS COUNTRY SKI FOR LIFE

FOR Youths and adults

The program involves basic instructions in either classic ski techniques (including diagonal stride, double pole, uphills and downhills) OR skate ski techniques (including one skate, two skate, offset and free skate).

• Cost $87

• Ski Package Rental available for $100 (entire season). There is limited availability. All Adult ski packages are Sold Out for 2023-2024
