FOR KIDS aged 4 to 12

The overall objective of the program is to assist children in the development of a love of the outdoors, a healthy lifestyle, technical skills and a good level of physical fitness within a sport environment.

• Cost $67

• Ski Package Rental available for $60 (entire season). There is limited availability.

• Children may be grouped according to ability and not age.

• Registration cost includes membership in Nordiq Canada and Cross Country Ski Ontario (National Capital District) which provides insurance for the participants.

Bunny Rabbits (ages 4-5)

• Session length approximately 40min

The workshops involve basic instructions in either classic ski techniques (including diagonal stride, double pole, uphills and downhills) OR skate ski techniques (including one skate, two skate, offset and free skate).
