Summerstown Forest Fat Bike Race
Race on the beautiful Summerstown trails
DATE: Saturday, February 28, 2026
TIME: 9:00 a.m. for 5km race and 10:00 a.m. for the 20k and 40k races.
LOCATION: Summerstown trails in the Summerstown Forest (10 minutes from Cornwall, ON). The trailhead and parking lot are located at 6150 County Road 27 (Summerstown Road) on the west side, 1.6 km. north of Exit 804 of Highway 401.
RACE DISTANCES:
5km – Race the front half of the forest
20km and 40km – Loop repeats through the entire forest
POST RACE: Many attendance prizes will be handed out such as Oakley Sunglasses and bike accessories.
Light refreshments and food will be provided
FACILITIES: There will be porta potties on site. Please bring warm clothes to change into following the race.
If you have a serious mishap, DIAL 911 and the first responders i.e., the fire station personnel in the next village, will be by your side very quickly.
PARKING: Free parking at the trailhead
WEATHER: In the unlikely event of no snow, the race will still take place. Since the race will take place with or without snow, we cannot offer refunds.
ENTRY FEES:
5km Race - EARLY ENTRY FEE - $25 until Feb. 14
- REGULAR ENTRY FEE - $35 until Feb. 26
20km and 40km Races - EARLY ENTRY FEE: $35 Until Feb. 14th
- REGULAR ENTRY FEE: $45 Until Feb. 26
