Join the Summerstown Coyote Nordiq Club Ski Racing Team

New for 2020/2021, a cross-country ski program for high school students wishing to train for XC ski racing will be offered by the Summerstown Coyote Nordiq Club. 

  • The program follows the guidelines of Nordiq Canada (X-C Ski Canada) Skill Development Program. The overall objective of the program is to offer to H.S. students a new experience with an outdoor winter sport.

  • The sessions will be held every Saturday at 10:00 a.m., starting November 14 with dryland training. The sessions will last approximately two (2) hours.

  • Cost: $62 (includes membership to Nordiq Canada, XC Ski Ontario, and the National Capital Division)

  • Equipment Rental: limited availability at the trails. Cost: $50 for the season.

  • Instructor: René Sauvé, NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) certified instructor.
